This Community comprises of the above monastic Retreat House, the Monastery Church, Cilgwyn, Carmel and the Shrine of St Twrog, Mount Carmel.

The Monastery is open for two day retreats May to September. Daily round of Orthodox Monastic Hours said most week days.
The Monastery is situated in open countryside in the foothills of Snowdonia, seven miles from Caernarfon town. Good public transport from Caernarfon to Carmel.
Accommodation is available for three people in single rooms with wash hand basins, hot & cold water. Meals provided. There is no set charge but donations are welcome. Bookings must be made in advance.
Day retreats by arrangement.
